2. Reservation and order
You can complete the reservation of a tour, hotel or ticket using the link on our website. Fill in the form on the basis of which you will receive an order confirmation. Travel agency Delta Reisen: after sending the order, you will receive a preliminary price. After receiving your order, we will verify the trip and contact you with the final amount. 3. Payment
The deposit or additional payment can be transferred to the account of LM Holiday s.r.o., but at the same time LM Holiday s.r.o. is not responsible for any delay in payment by the customer. In this case, the reservation may be canceled or canceled. The reservation becomes binding from the signing of the contract and payment of the deposit. The travel contract becomes valid only in case of timely payment, ie usually within a maximum of 3 days from the reservation. 4. Travel documents
Sending travel documents (travel contract, vouchers, air tickets, etc.) depends on the conditions of a specific travel agency, about which the client is informed in advance. Without full payment for the trip, the client will not receive the necessary documents and the travel agency has the right to cancel the trip.
5. Cancellation of the trip
The client has the right to cancel the trip without giving reasons, but the cancellation fees and conditions are governed by the organizing travel agency with which the client signed the travel contract. 6. Complaints
LM Holiday s.r.o. according to the law, it is not responsible for the services provided by the organizing travel agency and is not entitled to resolve travel complaints on behalf of the organizing by travel agnecy. Complaints are governed by the Complaints Procedure organized by the travel agency. The client is obliged to file a complaint without delay. The complaint should be resolved at the place of stay, but if the client decides to file a complaint upon arrival, it is necessary to do so no later than 3 months from the stay. The complaint must contain the contract number, contact details and justification of the complaint.

1. LM Holiday Egypt is entitled to use the website of the travel agency LM Holiday s.r.o. for sale of optional trips, stay packages in the destination without international tickets. An agency agreement has been concluded between the companies. LM Holiday Egypt is duly registered in Egypt and is governed by the local business law. At the time of updating the prices and for any changes and accuracy of the data, LM Holiday s.r.o. The price becomes fixed after sending the order and paying it.

2. Reservation and order

You can complete the reservation of the trip or stay package using the form on the LM Holiday s.r.o website. After your payment, you will receive a voucher for payment and as soon as we register the payment, we will send by email the time of departure and the place of departure for the desired trip. It is necessary to fill in all required data, this data can also be sent by email and not via the form. Enter in the email: valid telephone contact, hotel, number of people, date of the trip according to the calendar for the trip on our website. In case of incorrect data filling, we reserve the right not to answer or not to process the order. Please note that upon arrival at the destination, it is essential to send the room number to the contact on the voucher or email to complete the booking. 3. Payment

After booking your trip or stay package, you will be asked to pay for it. You can make the payment by transfer to the account or by depositing it in the account - payment only in CZK !! In the case of another currency or foreign payment, the client is obliged to pay the fee, which is deducted from the original price. In the case of payment by bank transfer or deposit to the account, it is necessary to send a confirmation of payment with the reservation number by email for our control. As soon as the payment is credited to your account, you will be sent a voucher for payment. The reservation becomes valid only in case of timely payment. At the same time, LM Holiday Egypt is not responsible for the consequences of late payment by the customer - there may be a cancellation, cancellation or change in price. The amount already paid is valid, there are no price adjustments when changing the price list. If it is not possible to pay in advance to the account by the customer, it is possible to pay on the spot in USD or Euros.

4. Cancellation / change of trip, stay package or hotel by LM Holiday Egypt

The client is entitled to cancel the trip via SMS or email stating the reason. Cancellation of trips - in case of early cancellation (longer than 24 hours) no cancellation fees are required. If the client cancel the trip reservation within less than 12 hours, LM Holiday Egypt reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee in full of the paid trip price. In case of cancellation for health reasons, the client is refunded the full amount without cancellation fee - it is necessary to provide confirmation from the doctor. If you have sent the room number, you are obliged to check out of the trip properly in advance. If you do not do so, LM Holiday Egypt will charge a 100% cancellation fee and will clearly require it. LM Holiday Egypt reserves the right to cancel or move the trip due to other influences (eg bad weather, off-season trips). In case of complete cancellation of the trip, LM Holiday Egypt will return 100% of the amount paid to the client. Cancellation fee for a stay, hotel or cruise on the Nile - congestion is possible with the following cancellation fees:

30 days and more days - we return 80% of the tour price.

29 days to 21 days - we return 50% of the tour price.

20 days to 15 days - we refund 30% of the tour price.

14 days to 7 days - we return 20% of the tour price.

6 days and less is a 100% cancellation fee from the tour price.

LM Holiday Egypt will charge a 100% cancellation fee if the hotel has already been booked based on your request. LM Holiday Egypt reserves the right, in the event that it will be necessary to accommodate a customer in another hotel due to overbooking, to accommodate a hotel of the same or higher category. Rebooking can also be part of the stay. Other claims against TA are excluded. LM Holiday Egypt reserves the right to charge a total cancellation fee for domestic air travel and accommodation associated with trips of 1 day or more. In case of cancellation, 100% of the total price will be charged. For travel, we recommend having insurance that covers cancellation fees in case of COVID-19 illness. LM Holiday Egypt does not take responsibility for the infection and the expenses associated with it.

5. Complaints

LM Holiday Egypt recommends filing a complaint during your stay so that everything is more clear and objective. In case of a complaint, send your message by email. The complaint must contain the contract number, contact details and justification of the complaint. LM Holiday Egypt will handle the complaint in the shortest possible time, but no later than 30 days from the submis not longger. 

6. Place and time of the event

After receiving the payment, we will email you the time and place of the trip. In front of the hotel / in front of the resort it means outside the main gate, in front of the reception it means in front of the entrance to the reception. If you are not at the agreed place and they do not find you, then we are not responsible for the missed trip. LM Holiday Egypt reserves the right to change the time due to conditions unrelated to LM Holiday Egypt. In the event that the representative of the organizer does not arrive at the place within 10 minutes after the specified time, it is necessary to immediately contact the representative person by phone, who will ensure redress. All specified times apply within Egypt, ie. it is the time that is in Egypt and not the hotel time (some hotels have their times).

7. Age of the child

Prices according to the age of the child. Infant from 0 to 5.99 years, child from 6 to 11.99 years. ATTENTION: you can find out the price in the online reservation by entering a child or infant, in some cases the child pays the same as an adult, especially during air trips, swimming with dolphins, Jerusalem. 8. CD, DVD and photos

LM Holiday Egypt is not responsible for the quality of the products offered on trips. These activities are not in cooperation with LM Holiday Egypt and therefore we do not guarantee the product.
